Hi, my name is Ting Yang. I’ve finished my ECE Certificate courses last summer from Saskatchewan Polytechnic and graduated with ECE Level II. I think I’m lucky to get the position in PCDC soon after my graduation and it’s an amazing daycare centre. I’ve learned a lot from other educators and they keep helping me gain experience since I started to do my practicum here. Early years are very important for a child and I’m glad that I can make a difference to their life by putting what I’ve learn in class into practice. In my spare time, I love to watch movies and listen to classic music while I’m cooking.
Hello, my name is Shuang Yu. I am the mother of two pretty girls: Nina and Luna. Through my continuous journey of learning, I have obtained an Early Childhood Education Level III Certification and a diploma in Educational Administration. For the past sixteen years, all my work experience has been related to children's education. I have been working as a full-time early childhood educator for almost two years, worked as a Chinese language teacher for three years, and worked as a primary school teacher for approximately eleven years. In my leisure time, I enjoy photographing and planting. The interests allow me to capture the special moments, to express my artistic creativity and explore the beauty of our mother nature.
My name is Madison Entwistle and I was born and raised in Saskatoon, SK. I started at PCDC as a summer student in 2019 and am currently working full-time as I work towards nursing school. I graduated from Evan Hardy earlier in 2020 with an award from the school for my time in the performing arts as well as AP credit in both English and Psychology. I play three instruments (the flute, saxophone, and ukulele) and have a great passion for language learning. I have spent the majority of my life caring for children as I am the oldest cousin on my dad's side as well as having three younger sisters, so I am excited to use this opportunity to grow as a caregiver as well as an educator so I can help children grow up to be the best version of themselves that they can possibly be.
I have been working at PCDC since Nov 2010. I have my Level I in ECE. I was an Accountant at China.I married and have two sons, Dan and Joe. I love children and that's why I learned ECE when I came to Canada.I like spending time with my family and enjoying life.
My name is Anna and I'm from Vietnam. I came to Canada 2 years ago and just graduated from SIAST last year. Since I was a high school student, I spent lots of time volunteering in different childcare centres. Therefore, I chose to attend ECE course when I came here. I feel so lucky to be a part of PCDC family as well as working with all children here. I believe each child is unique and they all deserve to express themselves by their own ways. As an educator, I really enjoy being a facilitator in their learning process and seeing them grow up every day.
