Healthy Start is a bilingual health promotion initiative aimed at increasing healthy eating and physical activity opportunities in early learning environments.
There is a service available to the people of Saskatchewan, called Eat Well Saskatchewan that you may want to share with staff and families in your early learning facility.
This is a FREE service providing confidential, easy access to advice from a dietitian. The goal is to help with healthier food choices and answer food and nutrition questions.
